I didn’t sleep well last night. Right before goi

I didn’t sleep well last night. Right before going to bed I realized that someone was using my debit card information to get food on DoorDash (among other different purchases). Thank God the payments didn’t go through and I realized pretty much immediately so I was able to call my bank and block my card. Now I have a new one and I feel safe again 🤗
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It definitely made me feel anxious all night thinking about if they would try again (even though the card was already blocked). My head kept telling me “well, you never know” lol so I spend all night checking my bank app every hour to see if something suspicious happens again 😂 It was exhausting 😴

Even though I’m feeling a little down, I still made myself workout out a little. Enough to move the body and release some much needed endorphins.

Did it work? Yeah! For like an hour or so 😂

So the rest of the I’ll be in bed watching movies because that’s all I can do for now. Do I feel guilty because I’m not being productive? Yes. A lot. Which I hate because we are allowed to not feel productive and just wanting to relax.

I am also grateful because I can do this. A total blessing that on a Monday I can just log off and chill for the day because I can barely look at my computer.

We need to normalize taking mental health days. It is important for every individual. We aren’t machines.
