Hey there, I’m Melissa
A 30-year-old lifestyle blogger from Chile, currently living in Miami.
Back in 2017, I decided to create my little corner on the internet as a creative outlet to help me go through a very intense quarter-life crisis after graduating college. It was though, but I was able to overcome it.
Since that moment the content on my blog has gone through some changes to reflect the person that I am. From DIY projects, long distance relationship advice, social media tips, and more. Basically you can find a little bit of everything. I even talk about my experience with Ayahuasca!
After almost 10 years writing on this blog, I have grown a lot as person. I’m definitely not the same 22-year-old girl.
I hope that my blog can give you some advice, guidance, or entertainment.

I’m a 1993 baby that was born in Santiago de Chile (C-H-I)
As a Chilean, we love avocados, we are crazy about football (a.k.a soccer), and every day around 5 pm we enjoy tea time with our families (we called it: “la once”).

I have a degree in International Business, but a few months before graduating (back in 2016) I realized it was something I wasn’t enjoying (cue to my quarter-life crisis).
FUN FACT: I had my first blog back in 2009. When blogging was all about writing about your day and your crushes. I remember talking about Twilight and how bad I wanted a boyfriend like Edward Cullen (gotta love teenager Meli).
Now blogging is different, and I love the idea of giving important information to my readers.
Also, I mentioned that I used to write about long distance relationship. Well… that’s because I was in one!
In 2015, I went to study abroad at Montclair State University where I met my now husband. We dated for 5 years before closing the distance, and that’s pretty much why I currently live in the US. So if you are in a long distance relationship, then you will find my advice helpful. To this day I get many emails or DMs asking for advice. I love that I’m able to help!
My website has gone through many changes throughout the years (just like me), and those changes are reflected on the content I put out here. Thank you fore being here and for reading what I have to say. I appreciate it!
