30-Day Manifestation Challenge

Hi there, lovelies! Today I have a fun activity for you to try out this month. A manifestation challenge! Do you want to join?

If you are trying to practice the Law of Attraction more, then I recommend you to participate in this 30-day manifestation challenge.

It’s super simple, and it will only take you a couple of minutes each day. You can either do it in the morning, before going to sleep, or whenever it fits better into your routine.

If you are just starting out with the Law of Attraction, then I recommend you to start manifesting something simple. Something that won’t create skepticism in you head.

Remember that is super important that you believe and feel whatever you are trying to manifest. The moment you start having doubts, the universe will get confuse as well, and that will interfere into the final result.

4 Things You Need To Know Before Manifesting

1. Your feelings and thoughts play a fundamental role in whatever you want to manifest or attract.

For example; if you want attract money, but your your thoughts are making you feel like you are living in scarcity and that you never have money for things, you are creating an inconsistency.

You basically have to feel the abundance in every part of you. Not only feel it, but also believe it. Don’t let limiting beliefs control you mind!

2. You attract what you are and how you feel.

You won’t attract what you want or desire by just saying it.

Just because you want a new car, you won’t get it just like that. You need to feel and believe you already have it. Think about how you would feel if today you get a car. All those emotions are super important. Visualize the moment.

3. Trust that whatever you want to manifest it’s already yours.

4. The more you express your gratitude, the more things to be thankful for will come to your life.

Gratitude in the Law of Attraction is very important. Thank the Universe or God even for the smallest blessings in your life. For example, being able to go to Starbucks on a busy day.

Manifestation Challenge Steps

1. Get a journal, or any kind of notebook.

You can also use the Notes app on your phone. I just prefer writing on paper.

2. Decide what you want to manifest.

If you are just starting out, choose one thing; but if it’s related to your manifestation you can add more. For example, if you want to manifest getting into school, you can add a new laptop so you can do your school work.

3. On your journal, write an “act as if” day in your life.

Write about the moment you get what you want to attract. As it’s already happening. 

Make sure to include how do you feel, where you are, who’s with you, etc. Basically, all the details that involve you getting what you wanted.

For example, if you want to manifest a car, describe your dream car. The color, model, how are you feeling when you go inside your new car, and more.

Remember, don’t focus on how you are going to get it. Leave the logistics to the Universe/God.

While you write it down, visualize the whole moment in your mind.

4. After you are done. Write at the end: “I am grateful for __________ (your manifestation)”

5. Then repeat this every day for a month.
